Websites for med spas

A website that books patients on its own.

We build your spa a new website that takes bookings day and night, reminds patients before they come in, follows up on no-shows, and sends a text when a call goes unanswered.

Got an email from Greg? Then your preview is already built. The link to it is in that email, and it stays up until October 31.

Your website should let people book, not just read about you.

If someone finds you at 11 PM and the only way in is to call tomorrow, some will call. Others will book with whichever spa let them do it that night.

Watch it happen in 28 seconds, sound on.

What your site does

Four jobs your site handles for your front desk.

Online booking

Booked at 11 PM, while you're closed.

Patients pick a treatment and an open time right on your site, from their phone, whenever they're ready.

Reminders

A reminder before every visit.

Patients get a text and an email before they come in, without anyone at the spa sending them.

No-show follow-up

One click, and the no-show gets a rebook text.

When someone doesn't come in, your team marks the appointment as a no-show. The patient gets a text inviting them to pick a new time.

Missed-call text

A missed call gets a text back.

When a call goes unanswered, the caller gets a text, so they have a way to reach you before they try the next spa. It reaches cell phones, not landlines.

Keep your booking tool

On Vagaro, Square, Fresha or Moxie?

Keep it. The Book buttons on your new site go straight to it, and it keeps sending its own reminders, and any no-show messages it sends, instead of ours. We add the missed-call text. Same price.

Keep your number

Your phone number stays yours.

Your phone company forwards unanswered calls to a number we set up for you, and that number sends the text. Nothing to port, nothing new to print.

Your own domain

It goes live on your domain.

The new site runs on your own web address. Your domain was always yours, and it stays yours.

One patient, one week

Everything that happens around one booking.

Your team marks no-shows (one click) and answers patients who reply to a text. The site does the rest.

Maya books online

The spa closed hours ago. Maya picks an injectables consult for Thursday at 2:30 PM, from her phone, on your site.

Maya gets

You're booked for an injectables consult on Thu, Oct 8 at 2:30 PM. See you then!

A reminder goes out

A text and an email before the visit. Nobody at the front desk has to remember to send it.

Maya gets

Reminder: your consult at Luminary Aesthetics is today at 2:30 PM.

If Maya doesn't show

Someone at the front desk marks the appointment as a no-show. That one click sends the rebook text.

Maya gets

We missed you today, Maya! Want to pick a new time? Book here

A new caller, nobody free

Everyone is with a patient and nobody answers. Then the caller gets a text.

The caller gets

Sorry we missed your call. This is Luminary Aesthetics. Pick a time that works for you here: book link Or just reply to this text and we'll get right back to you.

Texts start once the phone carriers approve your business. Approval can take from a few days to a few weeks; the carriers control the timing. Until then, booking confirmations go out by email.

Built before we ask

We'd rather show you than pitch you.

If Greg emailed you, we've already built a preview of your new site, with your name, your colors and your city, and the booking working. Click around it. Book a fake appointment and watch your phone.

  • No meeting needed to see it. The link is in the email, and previews stay up until October 31.
  • Nothing to fill out before you look.
  • No email from us? Our demo spa works the same way.

Our demo spa, Luminary Aesthetics. It's made up; your preview uses your name and colors.

The small print, up front

What it needs from you, and what it can't do.

Texts need carrier approval

Phone carriers approve your business before any texts go out. That can take from a few days to a few weeks, and the carriers control the timing. Until then, booking confirmations go out by email.

Cell phones only

The missed-call text reaches cell phones. Someone calling from a landline won't get it.

Call forwarding

Your phone company forwards unanswered calls to a number we give you. If your phone service can't forward calls, the missed-call text can't run, and the price is the same.

Your IRS details

Carriers need your legal business name, address and EIN exactly as they appear on your IRS EIN letter (CP 575 or 147C). You enter them when you sign up.

One setting on your domain

You add one DNS record, which we send you word for word. It doesn't touch your email or your current website.

No-shows take one click

The rebook text goes out when your team marks the appointment as a no-show. Nothing is sent until someone does.

Price

One price for all of it.

Online booking, appointment reminders, no-show follow-up and the missed-call text are all included. If you keep Vagaro, Square, Fresha or Moxie, it handles booking and reminders, and we add the missed-call text, at the same price. There's no long-term contract, and you can cancel anytime.
